The wine is made from the best fraction of juice and is aged for up to five years in bottle before release. This special release, from the 2017 vintage, is rich and complex, with red apple, wild strawberry and buttery pastry on the nose. On the palate there’s citrus and spice, leading to a delicate, elegant finish.
